A bagel with smoked chicken breast and peppers is a lasting pleasure. We'll always have the leftover sesame seeds on our fingers and the table!

ingredients

  • 2 bagels, sesame seeds
  • 150 g shaved Olymel Smart & Natural smoked chicken breast
  • 2 Boston lettuce leaves (optional)
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) basil pesto
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 green bell pepper
  • 4 bagels, sesame seeds
  • 300 g shaved Olymel Smart & Natural smoked chicken breast
  • 4 Boston lettuce leaves (optional)
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) basil pesto
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 green bell pepper
  • 6 bagels, sesame seeds
  • 450 g shaved Olymel Smart & Natural smoked chicken breast
  • 6 Boston lettuce leaves (optional)
  • 90 ml (1/3 cup) basil pesto
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 8 bagels, sesame seeds
  • 600 g shaved Olymel Smart & Natural smoked chicken breast
  • 8 Boston lettuce leaves (optional)
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) basil pesto
  • 3/4 yellow bell pepper
  • 3/4 red bell pepper
  • 3/4 green bell pepper
  • 150 g shaved old fashioned smoked chicken breast
  • 2 sesame seeds bagels
  • 1/8 green bell pepper
  • 1/8 red bell pepper
  • 1/8 yellow bell pepper
  • 30 ml basil pesto
  • 2 Boston lettuce leaves (optional)

instructions

  1. Cut peppers in fine julienne and mix together.
  2. Cut bagels in two and toast in toaster. Spread equal amounts of pesto on each bagel.
  3. Top with julienne of pepper, shaved smoked chicken breast and lettuce leaf.
