  • 30 g (2 tablespoon) sugar
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoon) “Hoisin” sauce
  • 80 g rutabagas, cut in fine julienne
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoon) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 80 g carrots, cut in fine julienne
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach

  • 60 g (4 tablespoon) sugar
  • 120 ml (8 tablespoon) “Hoisin” sauce
  • 160 g rutabagas, cut in fine julienne
  • 120 ml (8 tablespoon) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 160 g carrots, cut in fine julienne
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 baguettes, cut in two
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoon) rice vinegar
  • 150 g shaved cooked turkey breast Olymel Smart & Natural
  • ½ baguette, cut in two
  • 40 g carrots, cut in fine julienne
  • 40 g rutabaga, cut in fine julienne
  • 15 ml rice vinegar
  • 15 g sugar
  • 30 ml each mayonnaise and “Hoisin” sauce, mixed
  • ¼ cup baby spinach
  • ¼ cup fresh coriander (cilantro)

instructions

  1. In cauldron, bring water to the boil and blanch carrot and rutabaga julienne for one minute. Remove and cool down in a bowl. Add vinegar and sugar.
  2. Cut baguette in two pieces lengthwise and spread with mayonnaise and Hoisin sauce mix.
  3. Top with shaved cooked turkey breast, baby spinach, coriander and marinated julienne of vegetables.
