Reinvent your Sunday BBQ! Tempt your guests with scrumptious Bratwurst sausages hot off the grill. The burgers can definitely take a break!

ingredients

  • 3 leaves fresh basil, slivered (optional)
  • 3 (270 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse
  • 150 ml store-bought Marinara sauce
  • 2 panini rolls, halved
  • to taste dried oregano
  • 150 g provolone or mozzarella cheese, sliced

Grilled vegetables :

  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) olive oil
  • 1/2 onion small
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • to taste rosemary
  • 6 leaves fresh basil, slivered (optional)
  • 5 (450 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse
  • 300 ml store-bought Marinara sauce
  • 4 panini rolls, halved
  • to taste dried oregano
  • 300 g provolone or mozzarella cheese, sliced

Grilled vegetables :

  • 1 zucchini
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 onion small
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 1/2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) rosemary
  • 9 leaves fresh basil, slivered (optional)
  • 8 (720 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse
  • 450 ml store-bought Marinara sauce
  • 6 panini rolls, halved
  • to taste dried oregano
  • 450 g provolone or mozzarella cheese, sliced

Grilled vegetables :

  • 1 1/2 zucchinis
  • 21 ml (1 1/2 tablespoon) olive oil
  • 1 1/2 onions small
  • 1 1/2 red bell peppers
  • 4 ml (3/4 teaspoon) rosemary
  • 12 leaves fresh basil, slivered (optional)
  • 10 (900 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse
  • 600 ml store-bought Marinara sauce
  • 8 panini rolls, halved
  • to taste dried oregano
  • 600 g provolone or mozzarella cheese, sliced

Grilled vegetables :

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) olive oil
  • 2 onions small
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) rosemary
  • 5 Olymel Bratwurst sausages (or your favorite flavour)
  • 6 panini rolls, halved
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 300 ml marinara sauce
  • 300 g provolone or mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 6 fresh basil leaves, minced
  • Dried oregano, to taste
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper, to taste

Grilled vegetables

  • 1 green zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 15 ml (2 tbsp.) olive oil
  • ½ tsp. rosemary
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper, to taste

instructions

  1. Slice zucchini lengthwise and quarter bell pepper. On baking sheet, combine vegetables and olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and coat vegetables completely. Cook in oven or on barbecue, mixing occasionally until vegetables are browned. Cut in strips when cooked.
  2. Cook sausages according to instructions on packaging. Cut cooked sausage on a slant. Open panini and top with marinara sauce and grilled vegetable. Add basil and oregano and check seasoning. Add sausage and cheese.
  3. Close panini and brush top with olive oil. Cook in panini oven or on the barbecue, until cheese is melting.
