  • 75 g traditional cooked ham, sliced thin
  • 1 butter croissant
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) Dijon mustard

instructions

  1. Cut the croissant in two along one side.
  2. Spread the base with mustard, arrange the ham on top, then the cheese, close the sandwich and serve immediately.
  3. For a meltier version, place the croissant in a panini press and grill until cheese is melted.
  4. Serve immediately.
