After an hour-long Pilates workout, the best reward of all is a scrumptious country style sandwich with old fashioned smoked ham.

ingredients

  • 2 curled lettuce leaves
  • 1 pack (150 g) Shaved Old Fashioned Smoked Ham Olymel Smart & Natural
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoon) mayonnaise
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices country style breads
  • 1 red pepper, quartered
  • 4 curled lettuce leaves
  • 2 packs (300 g) Shaved Old Fashioned Smoked Ham Olymel Smart & Natural
  • 90 ml (1/3 cup) mayonnaise
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) Dijon mustard
  • 8 slices country style breads
  • 2 red peppers, quartered
  • 6 curled lettuce leaves
  • 3 packs (450 g) Shaved Old Fashioned Smoked Ham Olymel Smart & Natural
  • 135 ml (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoon) Dijon mustard
  • 12 slices country style breads
  • 3 red peppers, quartered
  • 8 curled lettuce leaves
  • 4 packs (600 g) Shaved Old Fashioned Smoked Ham Olymel Smart & Natural
  • 180 ml (3/4 cup) mayonnaise
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) Dijon mustard
  • 16 slices country style breads
  • 4 red peppers, quartered
  • 150 g shaved Olymel Smart & Natural Old Fashioned smoked ham
  • 4 slices of country style bread
  • 2 large curled lettuce leaves
  • 1 small red bell pepper, quartered
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 45 ml mayonnaise
  • 15 ml Dijon mustard

Replace the Olymel Smart Nature shaved old fashioned ham by another flavour from our Olymel Smart Nature or Olymel shaved ham or poultry.

instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F/260°C. Mix pepper quarters with olive oil and line on baking sheet. Add salt and pepper. Roast in oven until skin is completely roasted.
  2. Remove pepper from oven. Put in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let pepper cool down for 2 minutes before peeling skin with small knife. Set aside.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and mustard, brush mixture on bread slices and top with lettuce, shaved ham and roasted pepper.
