Say it with European sausages, vegetables and Boursin cheese. Nothing like a great meal to show someone you care.

ingredients

  • 1/2 onion (small), minced
  • 1/2 pack (120 g) Boursin Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 1/2 green zucchini (large), cut in strips
  • 1/4 yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/4 orange bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1/4 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 pack (225 g) Olymel European Sausage Bacon & Cheddar
  • 1 onion (small), minced
  • 1 pack (245 g) Boursin Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 1 green zucchini (large), cut in strips
  • 1/2 yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 pack (450 g) Olymel European Sausage Bacon & Cheddar
  • 1 1/2 onions (small), minced
  • 1 1/2 packs (360 g) Boursin Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 1 1/2 green zucchinis (large), cut in strips
  • 3/4 yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 3/4 orange bell pepper, cut in strips

  • 1 1/2 packs (675 g) Olymel European Sausages Bacon & Cheddar
  • 2 onions (small), minced
  • 2 packs (480 g) Boursin Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 2 green zucchinis (large), cut in strips
  • 1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 orange bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 packs (900 g) Olymel European Sausages Bacon & Cheddar
  • 1 package (450 g) Olymel European Sausages
  • 1 container (245 g) Boursin Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 1 large green zucchini, cut in strips
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) olive oil
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper, to taste

To save time, replace fresh vegetables with mixed frozen vegetables.

instructions

  1. Blanch sausages in boiling water for five minutes. Remove from water and set aside to cool. Cut slantwise and set aside.
  2. In frying pan, combine onion and olive oil. Cook until onion is browned, add bell pepper and zucchini and cook for five minutes. Season to taste and keep warm.
  3. In the same frying pan, cook sausages until browned on all sides. Add Boursin Cuisine and vegetable mix and cook until mixture is hot. Mix with your favourite pasta for a full meal.
