  • 6 slices applewood Smoke Flavour Bacon
  • 150 g Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/4 yellow pepper, sliced in very fine strips
  • 1/4 red pepper, diced
  • 1/4 green pepper, sliced in very fine strips
  • 80 ml salsa
  • 4 tortillas (large)
  • 12 slices applewood Smoke Flavour Bacon
  • 300 g Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 yellow pepper, sliced in very fine strips
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced in very fine strips
  • 160 ml salsa
  • 8 tortillas (large)
  • 18 slices applewood Smoke Flavour Bacon
  • 450 g Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 3/4 yellow pepper, sliced in very fine strips
  • 3/4 red pepper, diced
  • 3/4 green pepper, sliced in very fine strips
  • 240 ml salsa
  • 12 tortillas (large)
  • 24 slices applewood Smoke Flavour Bacon
  • 600 g Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced in very fine strips
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced in very fine strips
  • 320 ml salsa
  • 16 tortillas (large)
  • 12 slices of naturally smoked bacon
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 300 g Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • ½ green pepper, ½ red pepper, ½ yellow pepper, diced
  • 160 mL salsa
  • 40 mL olive oil

instructions

  1. Cook bacon and drain well.
  2. Spread salsa, cheese, cooked bacon and peppers over two-thirds of the surface of the tortillas. Brush the remaining third of each tortilla with olive oil.
  3. Roll up tortillas firmly, starting with the stuffed end. Grill in a pan.

Suggestion

With nachos, salsa and sour cream or salad Mexican beans and corn, it is delicious.
