Add some sunshine and a whole lot of flavour to your Monday night dinner. Try tossing linguini with grilled Bratwurst sausages.

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 onion, (large) cut into 8 pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 37 g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 leaves fresh basil, slivered (optional)
  • 250 g linguines (cooked)
  • 3 (270 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse
  • 4 dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 1 onion, (large) cut into 8 pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 75 g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 6 leaves fresh basil, slivered (optional)
  • 500 g linguines (cooked)
  • 5 (450 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse
  • 8 dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 1 1/2 onions, (larges) cut into 8 pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 110 g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 leaves fresh basil, slivered (optional)
  • 750 g linguines (cooked)
  • 8 (720 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse
  • 12 dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 8 cups baby spinach
  • 2 onions, (larges) cut into 8 pieces

  • 150 g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 10 leaves fresh basil, slivered (optional)
  • 1000 g linguines (cooked)
  • 10 (900 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse
  • 16 dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 5 Olymel Bratwurst sausages (or your favorite flavour)
  • 500 g linguine
  • 30 ml ( 2 tbsp.) olive oil
  • 1 large onion, cut in large dices
  • 8 dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 fresh basil leaves, scissor-cut
  • 75 g grated Parmesan
  • Parmesan cheese shavings, to taste
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper, to taste

instructions

  1. Grill sausages according to instructions on packaging. Slice cooked sausages in two lengthwise and keep warm. Cook linguine al dente. Set aside half a cup of cooking liquid. Drain pasta and set aside.
  2. In large saucepan, heat oil, add onion and garlic and cook for two minutes. Add spinach, dried tomatoes, and the half-cup cooking liquid and cook for two minutes.
  3. Add linguine and salt and pepper to taste. Add grated cheese while mixing and top with cut basil and parmesan shavings. Serve sausages with linguine as a side dish.
