  • 3/4 onion, cut in wide strips
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) cumin

  • 2 1/2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) chili powder
  • 3 Olymel Original wieners
  • 75 g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 75 g grated St-Guillaume Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 tortillas (large)
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 160 ml salsa
  • 1 onion, cut in wide strips
  • 30 ml (1 tablespoon) olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) cumin
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoon) fresh coriander, chopped
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) chili powder

  • 150 g cheddar cheese, grated

  • 150g grated "St. Guillaume" Monterey Jack cheese
  • 150 g grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 small onion, cut into strips
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup.) olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) cumin
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) chili powder
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp.) fresh coriander, chopped
  • 160 ml salsa

instructions

  1. Cut the sausages diagonally and set aside.
  2. In a frying pan, combine the peppers and the onion with the olive oil. Cook until the onions are golden brown, then add the garlic and sausages.
  3. Cook two minutes, then add the cumin and chili powder.
  4. On 2/3 of each tortilla, evenly spread the salsa, cheese, coriander, vegetable mix and sausages.
  5. Brush olive oil on the remainder of each tortilla.
  6. Roll the tortillas firmly, ending with the uncovered portion.
  7. Cook on the grill or in a frying pan until the cheese melts.
  8. Serve with a Mexican salad and sour cream.
