  • 1 sourdough baguettine
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) butter
  • 75 g brie cheese
  • 75 g old-Fashioned smoked ham, sliced
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) honey Dijon mustard
  • 1 handful salad
  • 1 sourdough baguettine
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) butter
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) honey Dijon mustard
  • 75 g old-fashioned smoked ham, sliced
  • 75 g Brie cheese
  • 1 handful mesclun leaves

instructions

  1. Cut the baguettine in 2 lengthwise, keeping halves attached
  2. Spread butter on one side, mustard on the other.
  3. Fold ham slices in 3 and place on base of baguettine.
  4. Add brie slices, then mesclun leaves, close the sandwich and wrap in waxed paper. Keep cold.
