- 5 to 6 sausages Bratwurst
- 20 to 24 different hot dog buns
CONDIMENTS:
- 170 gr (6 oz) grated cheese, or any type of cheese
- One onion, red or white, diced, minced or caramelized
- Mayonnaise, store-bought or homemade
- Mustard, classic, Dijon or de Maux, to taste
- Ketchup to taste
- Relish to taste

instructions
- Preheat the oven to 205 °C (400 °F).
- Place sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the centre of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the condiments. Present everything separately and let people pick their own hot dog toppings.
