Mango tango toast

- 1 poppy seed bagel
- ¼ cup (60 ml) cream cheese
- 3 tbsp. (45 ml) mango ginger chutney
- 100 g mock chicken, thinly sliced
- 2 handfuls of baby arugula or baby kale
instructions
- Cut the bagel in two and toast.
- Spread bagel halves with cream cheese then with chutney.
- Place slices of mock chicken on top, cover with arugula and serve immediately.
