After years of research and scientific studies, we conclude that pizza topped with salami, pepperoni and Italian sausage would really appeal to meat lovers. You think?

ingredients

  • 325 g pizza cheese, grated
  • 175 g store-bought pizza doughs
  • 65 g Olymel pepperoni, sliced
  • 65 g Olymel salami, sliced
  • 65 g Amoré Italian Sausages (of your choice)

Pizza dough :

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) tepid water (not too hot)
  • 250 ml (1 cup) all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) instant yeast
  • 2 1/2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) salt
  • 2 1/2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) sugar
  • 650 g pizza cheese, grated
  • 350 g store-bought pizza doughs
  • 125 g Olymel pepperoni, sliced
  • 125 g Olymel salami, sliced
  • 125 g Amoré Italian Sausages (of your choice)

  • 250 ml (1 cup) tepid water (not too hot)
  • 500 ml (2 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) instant yeast
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) salt
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) sugar
  • 975 g pizza cheese, grated
  • 525 g store-bought pizza doughs
  • 190 g Olymel pepperoni, sliced
  • 190 g Olymel salami, sliced
  • 190 g Amoré Italian Sausages (of your choice)

  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) tepid water (not too hot)
  • 750 ml (3 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) instant yeast
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) salt
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) sugar
  • 1300 g pizza cheese, grated
  • 700 g store-bought pizza doughs
  • 250 g Olymel pepperoni, sliced
  • 250 g Olymel salami, sliced
  • 250 g Amoré Italian Sausages (of your choice)

Pizza dough :

  • 500 ml (2 cups) tepid water (not too hot)
  • 1 liter (4 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoon) instant yeast
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoon) salt
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoon) sugar

Pizza

  • 125 g Olymel pepperoni
  • 125 g Olymel salami
  • 125 g Italian sausages of your choice
  • 350 g pizza dough
  • all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 650 g grated three-cheese pizza mix
  • 325 ml tomato sauce

Pizza dough

  • 250 ml (1 cup) tepid water (not too hot)
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) instant yeast
  • 5ml (1 teaspoon) sugar
  • 500 ml (2 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) salt

Pizza dough

  1. Mix water, yeast and sugar in a bowl. Let rest 5 minutes.
  2. Mix flour and salt in a big bowl. Form a well and gradually add yeast mixture until you have a smooth ball of dough.
  3. Remove dough from bowl and knead on a surface dusted with flour for 5 minutes, adding more flour as needed to avoid sticking. Place in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a clean, damp cloth. Let dough rise in a warm, dark place for about 30 minutes.

Pizza

  1. Cook sausages and slice.
  2. Divide dough into four equal pieces. On a work surface dusted with flour, roll dough out by hand, leaving an edge all around. Place on pizza pans dusted with flour.
  3. Brush each circle of dough with ½ tablespoon olive oil. Top with tomato sauce, three meats and cheese mix.
  4. Let rise on top of hot stove for 15 minutes. Bake in 400° F. (200° C.) oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until dough has browned nicely and cheese is melted.

Get a head start by using store-bought pizza dough or Naan breads.
