  • to taste fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 green bell pepper
  • 1/10 red bell pepper
  • yellow bell pepper
  • to taste dried oregano
  • 3 English muffins, cut in half
  • 1 pack (175 g) black Forest Smoked Ham (shaved)
  • 25 g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 150 g mozzarella, grated
  • 88 ml pizza sauce
  • to taste fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper
  • to taste dried oregano
  • 6 English muffins, cut in half
  • 2 packs (350 g) black Forest Smoked Ham (shaved)
  • 50 g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 300 g mozzarella, grated
  • 175 ml pizza sauce
  • to taste fresh basil, chopped

  • 3/4 red bell pepper
  • 3/4 yellow bell pepper
  • to taste dried oregano
  • 12 English muffins, cut in half
  • 4 packs (700 g) black Forest Smoked Ham (shaved)
  • 100 g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 600 g mozzarella, grated
  • 350 ml pizza sauce
  • 2 x 175 g of Black Forest ham
  • 6 English muffins cut in half
  • 175 ml of pizza sauce
  • 300 g of mozzarella cheese grated
  • 50 g of parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ green pepper
  • ¼ red pepper
  • ¼ yellow pepper
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • Origano
  • Fresh Basilic or fresh parsley chopped

instructions

  1. Coat the peppers with olive oil
  2. Cook peppers in the oven at 425°F (220°C) until well grilled, let cool, peal and slice into dices.
  3. On a pizza pan, set on the English muffins in the following order : sauce, ham, peppers and cheeses. End with origano.
  4. Bake in oven 375°F (190°C) during 12 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. When out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh basil.
