Unbelievable! A sudden downpour stretched the drive home to 2 hours! To brighten your evening, what do you say to a heaping bowl of pasta with sun dried tomatoes and olives?

ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 (225 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse
  • 3 cups cooked pasta, your choice
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 40 g dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 2 1/2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) dried oregano
  • 65 ml (1/4 cup) black olives, pitted, cut in half
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tomato, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 5 (450 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse
  • 5 cups cooked pasta, your choice
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 75 g dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) dried oregano
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) black olives, pitted, cut in half
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • 3 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 8 (675 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse
  • 8 cups cooked pasta, your choice
  • 1 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 125 g dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 8 ml (1/2 tablespoon) dried oregano
  • 190 ml (3/4 cup) black olives, pitted, cut in half
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 10 (900 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse
  • 10 cups cooked pasta, your choice
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 150 g dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoon) dried oregano
  • 250 ml (1 cup) black olives, pitted, cut in half
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • 5 Olymel Bratwurst sausages, (or your favorite flavour)
  • 4 to 6 cups cooked pasta, your choice
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 75 g sundried tomatoes, cut into julienne strips
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 125 mL (½ cup) of black or green olives, pitted
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) of fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

instructions

  1. Cook sausages in boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes. Let cool and cut into diagonal slices.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook sausages till golden. Set aside, keeping warm.
  3. Sauté garlic and onion in the same pan. Add fresh and sundried tomatoes and olives and cook for 2 minutes. Add sausages and pasta and mix well. Divide pasta among 4 plates and garnish with fresh basil.
