  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • to taste sprouts of your choice for garnish
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) your favourite dressing
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in two
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper of different colours, quartered
  • 200 g Olymel Smoked Ham, diced
  • 16 slices english cucumbers
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • to taste sprouts of your choice for garnish
  • 1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 240 ml (1 cup) your favourite dressing
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in two
  • 1 cup bell pepper of different colours, quartered
  • 400 g Olymel Smoked Ham, diced
  • 32 slices english cucumbers
  • 1 1/2 avocados, diced
  • to taste sprouts of your choice for garnish
  • 1 1/2 cups red cabbages, finely shredded
  • 360 ml (1 1/2 cups) your favourite dressing
  • 18 cherry tomatoes, cut in two
  • 1 1/2 cups bell peppers of different colours, quartered
  • 600 g Olymel Smoked Ham, diced
  • 48 slices english cucumbers
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • to taste sprouts of your choice for garnish
  • 2 cups red cabbages, finely shredded
  • 480 ml (2 cups) your favourite dressing
  • 24 cherry tomatoes, cut in two
  • 2 cups bell peppers of different colours, quartered
  • 800 g Olymel Smoked Ham, diced
  • 64 slices english cucumbers
  • 100 g Olymel ham, diced
  • 60 ml of your favourite dressing
  • ¼ cup red cabbage
  • ¼ cup red or yellow pepper, cut into large chunks
  • 8 slices English cucumber
  • ¼ avocado, diced and sprinkled with lemon juice
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • sprouts of your choice for garnish
  • Salad

instructions

  1. Cut up the fresh vegetables and dice the ham.
  2. Layer ingredients in a Mason jar, starting with dressing, then add layers of vegetables and ham.
  3. End with tomatoes and sprouts. To serve, empty salad into a big bowl and mix it all up.
