To satisfy the whole gang, serve up these skewers of grilled Italian sausage and peppers. They'll line up for more!

ingredients

  • 2 sprig of rosemary
  • 1/2 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, pealed and sliced in big pieces
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 bell pepper of different colours, quartered
  • 3 Olymel Amoré Mild Italian European Sausages
  • 50 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 4 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, pealed and sliced in big pieces
  • to taste pepper
  • 2 bell peppers of different colours, quartered
  • 5 Olymel Amoré Mild Italian European Sausages
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 6 sprig of rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4/5 red onion, pealed and sliced in big pieces
  • to taste pepper
  • 3 bell peppers of different colours, quartered
  • 8 Olymel Amoré Mild Italian European Sausages
  • 150 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 8 sprig of rosemary
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 red onion, pealed and sliced in big pieces
  • to taste pepper
  • 4 bell peppers of different colours, quartered
  • 10 Olymel Amoré Mild Italian European Sausages
  • 200 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 5 Olymel Mild Italian European Sausages 450 g (or your favorite flavour)
  • ¼ red onion pealed and sliced in big pieces
  • 3 bell peppers of different colours, quartered
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 100 ml of balsamic vinegar
  • 4 branches of fresh rosemary chopped
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

instructions

  1. Boil sausages during 10 minutes, drain and let cool, cut in 2 cm pieces and set aside.
  2. Chop the peppers and onion quarters the same size as the sausages and assemble 4 brochettes, alternating vegetable pieces and sausages on skewers.
  3. In a frying pan or on the BBQ, grill brochettes at medium temperature, basting each side with the mix of garlic, balsamic vinegar, rosemary and ground pepper.
  4. Serve with vegetable rice, mushroom risotto or pasta and pesto salad.
