ingredients

  • 1/4 cup toasted slivered almond
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup red or green grape, cut in half
  • 75 g Olymel Smart & Natural Black Forest smoked ham
  • 1/4 cup fresh goat cheese, crumbled
  • 4 cups spinach
  • to taste Toasted bread croutons
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) chives, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup toasted slivered almond
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 cups red or green grapes, cut in half
  • 150 g Olymel Smart & Natural Black Forest smoked ham
  • 1/2 cup fresh goat cheese, crumbled
  • 8 cups spinach
  • to taste Toasted bread croutons
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup toasted slivered almond

  • 3 cups red or green grapes, cut in half
  • 225 g Olymel Smart & Natural Black Forest smoked ham
  • 3/4 cup fresh goat cheese, crumbled
  • 12 cups spinach
  • to taste Toasted bread croutons
  • 21 ml (1 1/2 tablespoon) chives, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup toasted slivered almond
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 4 cups red or green grapes, cut in half
  • 300 g Olymel Smart & Natural Black Forest smoked ham
  • 1 cup fresh goat cheese, crumbled
  • 16 cups spinach
  • to taste Toasted bread croutons
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 150 g sliced Olymel Smart & Natural Black Forest Smoked Ham, cut in a julienne
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. chive, finely minced
  • 8 cups small spinach leaves
  • 2 cups red grapes, cut in two
  • ½ cup toasted slivered almonds
  • ½ cup creamy goat cheese, in crumbs
  • Toasted bread croutons
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper, to taste

instructions

  1. In leakproof container, place oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and chive. Season to taste. Close cover and shake vigorously. Set vinaigrette aside.
  2. Place equal amounts of spinach leaves, Black Forest ham, grapes, almonds and goat cheese in four bowls.
  3. Just before serving, pour vinaigrette over salad. Serve with croutons.
