  • 100 g mozzarella, grated
  • 1/4 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano or basil, chopped
  • 1 thin pizza crust dough (12-in)
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 63 ml (1/4 cup) store-bought pizza sauce
  • 1 pack (450 g) Amoré sausage Spicy Italian
  • 1 pack (245 g) Boursin Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 200 g mozzarella, grated
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh oregano or basil, chopped
  • 2 thin pizza crust dough (12-in)
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) store-bought pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 packs (675 g) Amoré sausages Spicy Italian
  • 1 1/2 packs (366 g) Boursin Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 300 g mozzarella, grated
  • 3/4 red onion, finely diced
  • 3 tablespoon fresh oregano or basil, chopped
  • 3 thin pizza crust dough (12-in)
  • 1 1/2 red peppers, diced
  • 190 ml (3/4 cup) store-bought pizza sauce
  • 2 packs (900 g) Amoré sausages Spicy Italian
  • 2 packs (490 g) Boursin Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 400 g mozzarella, grated
  • 1 red onion, finely diced
  • 4 tablespoon fresh oregano or basil, chopped
  • 4 thin pizza crust dough (12-in)
  • 2 red peppers, diced
  • 250 ml (1 cup) store-bought pizza sauce
  • 1 package (450g) Olymel Spicy Italian Sausages
  • 1 container (245 g) Boursin Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 2 12-in, thin pizza crust dough
  • ½ red onion, finely diced
  • 1 red/green bell pepper, finely diced
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) olive oil
  • 125 ml store-bought pizza tomato sauce
  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped (optional)

instructions

  1. Cook sausages following instructions on packaging, slice them and set aside.
  2. Brush dough with olive oil and place on pizza pan. Spread sauce and Boursin on dough, add sausage slices an grated Mozzarella and finish with diced onion and bell pepper.
  3. Bake in oven at 425 °F (220 °C) approximately 10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with chopped basil before serving.
