ingredients

  • 150 g turkey breast, nitrite-free
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) chives, chopped
  • 2 Boston lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 mango, peeled and cut into strips
  • 60 ml (1/3 cup) mayonnaise
  • 4 slices multigrain breads
  • 5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) zest of lime
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. (15 ml) chopped chives
  • ½ tsp. (5 ml) lime zest
  • 4 slices multi-grain bread
  • 2 leaves Boston lettuce
  • 150 g of Olymel Turkey Breast
  • ½ mango, peeled and cut into slices
  • ½ avocado, sliced

instructions

  1. Place mayonnaise in a bowl, add chives and lime zest and mix well.
  2. Spread 2 slices of bread with this mixture, placing one lettuce leaf on top. Arrange the chicken breast, mango and avocado slices on the lettuce and close the sandwiches.
  3. Place each sandwich in a zip lock bag and keep cold.
